Delivery will take 2-3 working days from date of shipping and will come with a tracking number.
We aim to process all orders and have them ready for our delivery partners within 7 business days but make it a point to expedite the process where we can so you can enjoy your buoy suit at the soonest.
International
We use DHL express for all international orders as this ensures our customers get a tracking number and that your purchases do not get lost.
We charge a flat fee of $30 for international orders under $250. Orders above $250 enjoy free international shipping.

Duties & taxes
You will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes. These will be due at the point of or after delivery.
Please be aware that Buoy.swim does not have any control over any duties, customs and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to. We cannot advise you what the cost will be as these charges vary by country.
Since these fees are not computed nor applied to orders by Buoy.swim, please contact your local customs office to find out more information if you are unsure of the charges.
In the case that you refuse your shipment due to duties/taxes, Buoy.swim will not be able to cancel/refund your order in cash or store credits.
Buoy.swim is not liable for lost, stolen and damaged goods handled by courier companies.
For deliveries that are redirected back to Buoy.swim, customers will be required to pay for any fees required for transfers to us and back to them.
Accuracy of delivery information
Do ensure that all addresses and telephone numbers are accurate.
In the event that an order has been shipped out, we will not be able to amend delivery information and will have to treat it as a return where the customer will need to cover transfer costs.
