We are happy to accept full priced items for return, provided they are in the original condition. Unworn, unwashed and have all tags and liners attached.
All full priced returns will be accepted for exchange OR online store credit only. Online store credit accorded for the return will be at 110% the original paid amount.
We do not tag all of our products to reduce waste, but include an ECO-paper hygiene liner. This liner/tag where relevant has to be intact in order to qualify for an exchange.
To qualify for a return, the item/s including the Buoy.swim pouch must be in original condition with hygiene seal remaining in place. Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns that do not meet above requirements.
How do I request a return?
To initiate a return, simply email us at email@example.com using the e-mail address used to process your order within 7 days of receiving your parcel.
Returns are to be posted to address in Singapore. Return postage costs both ways are at the customers expense.
- Please leave all hygiene liners and tags on. We don't take back any suits without the original tags still on.
- Please have the suit in the condition it arrived in. That means no stains, unwashed and packed in a sealed bag
On the email, please put heading as EXCHANGE and email your:
-NAME OF ITEMS YOU WISH TO RETURN FOR STORE CREDIT AND SIZES
Note: For on sale or coupon discounted items all sales are final, returns are accepted only if the item is received faulty.
I've submitted my return request, now what?
Once your return request has been accepted, the product must be received back by Buoy.swim within 14 days.
Please note that we are unable to refund initial shipping charges for goods returned, other than for faulty items. We are also unable to refund return postage costs.
Once the items have been received, we will send your new piece/s out or you will receive your store credit (item price excluding original shipping cost).
Buoy.swim cannot be held liable for the loss of garments being returned. We recommend using a registered post service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details.
Sale items are strictly final sale only and cannot be returned for either exchange, credit or refund.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.
Items damaged as a result of incorrect garment care or general wear, are not considered to be faulty.
